Return & Refund Policy

General Conditions for Raising a Return Request:

A) Time Limit:

• The Retailer can raise a return request within 48 hours from the delivery of the device.

B) Clear mention reason for return:

• Reason for raising return should be match with the issue/grade mismatch in the device. If the mentioned issue is not found in the phone, the return would be cancelled without any notification.

C) Seal of the phone should be intact:

• The seal on the device should be intact and not tampered. Please note that if the device seal is found tampered with at the time of receiving the returned device, the device will be sent back & the amount would be deducted from the wallet. If multiple attempts to return tampered devices are made, the ability of the user to place returns will be blocked.

D) Provide necessary proofs:

• The customer might need to provide necessary proofs to verify the complaints through video calling or by uploading video of the device.

E) Pack the device properly in a box:

• At the time of handover to courier, please ensure to return the phone in a box/cartoon with necessary fillers to avoid physical damage. Phone Dekho reserves the right to deduct the money from the wallet in case of  physical damage of improper packaging.

F) Methods of resolution:

• Phone Dekho reserves the right to refund the purchase amount or repair the device or provide a similar device of the same grade or similer device with lower capacity(Ram/Rom) as a replacement.

 

Policy For Repeat Return:

• No further returns would be allowed on return devices which were sent back to the customer (Not applicable for Refub Unit).

Return Policy for Category: Single Mobiles & Bulk Lots

Returns will be accepted under below conditions according to respective grades.

 

Grade A+/Supermint Ultra

  • The device is dead/stuck on logo or can not be switched on

  • Network Issues

  • Model Mismatch or IMEI Mismatch of the device

  • Device has iCloud Lock/Password Lock or EMI Lock

  • Heavy Scratches/Paint Peel-Off on screen

  • Loose Screen / Glue-Gap Issues (Pasting Issues)

  • Discoloration/Patches on Screen

  • Black Spots on the Screen

  • Lines on Screen

  • Screen Chipped/Broken

  • Major Scratches, Major Paint Peel-Off and Dents on the Panel

  • Broken, Loose or Bent Panel

  • Device Bent

  • Sim Tray/Volume Button/Power Button Issues

  • Touch not working

  • Auto On-Off Issues

  • Battery swollen,Battery health in Service (Apple)

  • Camera Issues

  • Mic/Speaker Issues

  • WIFI/Bluetooth/Fingerprint/Face ID not working.

  • Audio Jack/GPS/Charging port/Vibrator/Proximity Sensor not working

  • The device is dead /stuck on logo or can not be switched on

  • Model Mismatch or IMEI Mismatch of the device

  • Device has iCloud Lock/Password Lock or EMI Lock

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Entire order amount shall be refunded within 3 business days,You can cancel an order in an easy step.
