Warranty claim process

The warranty process which customer can claim are as follows.

  • Customer can visit our offline store to initiate a warranty claim process.
  • Customer Service contact number : Customers can contact the company's customer service number i.e. 18005723432 to initiate a warranty claim process.
  • Email: Our company also allow customers to initiate warranty claims through email at info@phonedekho.co.in
  • Free Pickup Service: After registering on warranty process, our technician will call the customer and ask the problem, after verifying the issue , company will arrange free pickup service  and courier will pickup the product within 48 hrs from the registerted address 
  • Repair or Replacement: After receiving the phone, our team of expert technicians will verify and resolve the issue.We offer a 7-day repair or replacement guarantee for genuine functional issues with the device.
  • Free drop Service: Once the repair is completed, we will deliver the phone back to you at the same registered address .

Defects are not considered under warranty

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or intentional abuse is usually not covered.
  • If the product has been altered, modified, or repaired by someone not authorized by the acceglobal group, the warranty may become void.
  • If the security seal is broken, serial number is removed, or the product is tampered, the warranty might not cover it.
  • Warranties do not cover loss or theft of the product.
